The ASSIST Resource Center is the source of updates and news on the status and expected launch date of the new site. The modalities of articulation of the courses and the new curricula from autumn 2017 and thereafter will be updated during the transition period. Programs and updates of individual school curricula of the CSU and UC campus are made available at all times. You can visit the website at www.assist.org. Brandman accepts a large number of GE transfers when they are concluded before taking your first Brandman course: articulation is the key to success when you move to a bachelor`s institution. Articulation is the process of developing a formal written agreement that identifies courses (or a succession of courses) on an ”issuing” campus that are comparable to specific course requirements on a ”receiving” campus or acceptable in place of them. Articulation agreements are links that allow students to move from a people`s university to a university without delay or duplication. Articulated courses at Ventura College (VC) are those identified by a host university as equivalent or comparable to courses. Obtaining an articulated course for a given core subject, a wide range of general education, bachelor`s transfer courses or as a preparatory course for a higher course allows students to complete a university degree, complete the main preparation of the lower department and/or meet graduation requirements. Ventura College has joint agreements with the University of California (UC) and California State University (CSU) as well as regionally accredited private and public colleges. . .
